  • Structure your demo: Introduction (2 min, relate topic to real life) → Main Content (8 min, explain with examples) → Activity (3 min, involve students) → Summary (2 min, recap key points).
  • Interview (20 marks): Questions on teaching philosophy, KVS transfer policy, NEP 2020, classroom management, how you handle weak students.
  • Common interview questions: Why KVS over state schools? How will you handle a student who is consistently scoring low? Explain a topic from your subject in simple terms.
  • Dress formally, maintain eye contact, speak clearly. KVS values teachers who show genuine passion for education over rote academic knowledge.
